High School Camp 2026

High School (9th-12th grade) students for the 2026-2027 school year are invited to register for and attend High School Camp 2026 this July!

High School Camp will take place July 22-26, 2026 and the cost is $399.

We will utilize professional transportation go to Lone Hollow Ranch in Utopia, TX.

Check-In will begin at the campus you sign up for at 7am on Wednesday, July 22nd, and we will return on Sunday, July 26th at 6pm.

Payment plans are available at the end of the registration process. A non-refundable $49 deposit must be paid to secure your student's spot.

When is camp?

Camp is Wednesday, July 22nd through Sunday July 26th. Argyle, Haslet, and McKinney Campuses will check in at 6:15am and the Keller Campus will check-in at 7:00am.

Which campus do I choose?

The campus should be chosen by whichever campus your student’s friend request will also be attending. Friend requests can only be honored at the same campus. 

Please note: if the campus you select is different from your normal campus, check-in is at the location you student is attending with. If you normally attend the Keller Campus, but register for the Argyle Campus for camp, you will check-in at the Argyle Campus.

What if I selected the wrong campus?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you selected the wrong campus by emailing elevate@milestonechurch.com. 

How much do I have to pay when I register?

There is a non-refundable $49 deposit due at the time of registration. After that, a payment plan must be selected for future payments. If you need to change the method of payment for any reason, please email accounting@milestonechurch.com. 

What dates are important leading up to camp?

Sunday July 12th we will have a parent meeting at every campus. Once you register, your confirmation email will contain the parent meeting information for your campus.

Wednesday July 22nd we will depart for camp! You will depart from the campus you register for and the details will be in your confirmation email. 

Sunday July 26th we will return from camp! Pick up will be from the campus you register for and the details will be in your confirmation email. 

What if my student can’t attend the whole time or will not be at check-in?

If your student will miss any part of the week, or will not be at check-in, we will need a parent to fill out our Time Away Form. Once filled out, you will receive a confirmation email with drop off/pick up instructions from the campground.

Please note: any time away from camp will be the responsibility of the parent to pick up and drop off from the campground.

What should my student pack?

HERE is the packing list for camp 2026! Tribes will be communicated by email to every registrant.

Will my student have their cell phone?

We do take up student’s phones to facilitate a distraction free environment for them and everyone attending camp. If you need to reach your student for any reason, we are happy to facilitate that!

How will I receive updates during camp?

We will communicate using Remind 101. During registration you will choose to opt in or out of this communication. If you are not receiving messages but would like to, please email elevate@milestonechurch.com. 

What if my student has medications?

We are able to accept any prescription medication that is in the original bottle with the student's name on it. We can also accept allergy medications and nasal sprays if your student requires those.

We are not able to accept:

- Vitamins or supplements (including melatonin)

- Over the counter medications

- Prescription medications in pill containers or bags

If your student is checking in medication a parent must be present. 


Frequently Asked Questions - Waitlist


Can I register for another campus if my campus has a waitlist?

You can register for a different campus, however we want to make sure you are aware of the key differences between registering for your campus and another campus:

- Drop off and pick up locations are at the campus you register for. So you cannot check-in for camp or pick up your student at your normal campus, it must be at the location you register for.

- We are not able to honor friend requests at different campuses. 

- Your child may not be with people from their school.

How long will it be until I know if they are moved off the waitlist?

We will be filling spots up until the week we leave for camp! We see the most movement from the waitlist in the 2-3 weeks before camp and work to fill every available spot as quickly as we can.  

How will I know if they get a spot?

You will receive an email that says they have been moved off the waitlist and prompted to complete the registration by submitting a payment. A $49 deposit must be completed to secure your student’s spot.

What communication should I expect to receive?

You will receive a confirmation email, and regular updates as the waitlist progresses. 

If a spot does become available, you will receive an email that says they have been moved off the waitlist and prompted to complete the registration by submitting a payment. 

If a spot does not become available, you will receive an email the day before camp begins.

How does the waitlist work?

Elevate Camps and Retreats are structured around small groups created based on various factors such as the student’s campus, gender, grade, and friend request, and common interests. All of these factors determine the movement of the waitlist. We make it a priority to ensure students are placed in groups that will extend beyond just camp! We want them to connect with other students that have similar interests, are the same age or grade, and at the same school to help facilitate long-term friendships.
